Over a decade of coaching experience across every level — general population, weekend warriors, Division I collegiate, and professional athletes — including multiple MLB All-Stars in seasons before their selection.
Now in his 8th season of professional baseball as a Strength & Conditioning Coach: six seasons with the Seattle Mariners and the last two with the Cincinnati Reds.
Brennan holds an MS in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana (2019) and a BS in Exercise Science with a minor in Strength & Conditioning from Washington State University (2017). He began his professional coaching career as the AZL Strength Coach for the Mariners in 2017.
Brennan lives in Missoula with his wife, Chloe, and their twin boys.
